CNHA’s Hawaiʻi Holding & Investments Names Neldon Mamuad President of Event Services Division

Veteran Hawaiʻi operator to lead Hawaii Stage and the division’s future acquisitions

HONOLULU, HI – Hawaiʻi Holding & Investments, the holding company of the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA), today announced that Neldon Mamuad has been named President of its Event Services Division, effective May 1, 2025. Mamuad will provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for Hawaii Stage and the division’s future acquisitions in the events and entertainment space.

Mamuad brings more than two decades of experience across event services, live production, hospitality, media, and operations. He is known for driving innovation, building culturally aligned partnerships, and leading high-performing teams that deliver community-centered results.

In the role, Mamuad will focus on sustainable growth, financial performance, and operational excellence while advancing CNHA’s mission to uplift Native Hawaiian communities through economic opportunity. He will lead integration efforts, build client and vendor relationships, and ensure service excellence across a growing portfolio of event technology operations.

“I’m honored to take on this role. Hawaii Stage has strong people and a strong reputation, and my focus is protecting both while we grow,” said Mamuad. “Every event we produce and every company we add should create real opportunity for Native Hawaiian communities. That’s what makes this work worth doing.”

Most recently, Mamuad was General Manager for CLEAR (NYSE: YOU), overseeing operations in Hawaii. He led the addition of Hawaii airports to CLEAR’s secure identity network, launching operations at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) and Kahului Airport (OGG). There he led a team focused on service quality and worked across stakeholders including the Hawaii State Dept. of Transportation, TSA, and airline partners.

Before CLEAR, Mamuad spent 15 years with Encore, beginning at the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. He rose to Area Director, Venues, managing in-house audiovisual operations across multiple resort properties on Maui and Lānaʻi. A proven leader with deep experience serving major hotel brands across the islands, he helped grow revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and develop frontline and mid-level leaders in the hospitality industry.

Mamuad has volunteered with cultural, youth, and economic development organizations throughout Maui County and remains committed to mentorship and Hawaiian health advocacy.
