When Hawaiʻi hurts, our people show up. That is not just something we say, it is who we are. It is aloha in action.
Through the leadership of the Hawaiian Council, Hawaiʻi Stage is uniquely positioned to go beyond planning and coordination by activating our full capabilities in service of the community. In moments of need, our mission is to respond with action, making available our people, equipment, and expertise to directly support those impacted across our islands.
This mission comes to life through the Aloha in Action Benefit Concert, bringing our community together for a night of music, healing, and collective kōkua for those impacted by the recent floods. The event will take place at Ko Olina on Thursday, April 23, 2026, with doors opening at 3:30 PM and the show running from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This is a family-friendly, alcohol-free event where 100% of proceeds will go directly toward disaster relief through the Kākoʻo Mai Fund, supporting families and nonprofits on the ground.
Featuring performances by Kolohe Kai, Three Plus, The Green, Jack Johnson with Kimié Miner, Jason Momoa and Öof Tatatá, Amy Hānaialiʻi, The Mākaha Sons, and the Osorio ʻOhana, this night represents more than entertainment. It is our industry and our community coming together on one stage, for one purpose.
Hawaiʻi Stage has committed to donating all production equipment and leading the execution of this event, ensuring that maximum resources are directed to those in need. But this effort is bigger than any one organization. It reflects a shared responsibility to stand with our communities and to use our collective strengths for meaningful impact.
We recognize that this kind of work is strongest when it is shared. By inviting partners across the industry to join us, we are building a unified effort rooted in service. In that spirit, we have reached out to IATSE Local 665 and other productions companies to help mobilize skilled professionals willing to contribute their time and talent in support of this mission.
Together, we turn our craft into a vehicle for recovery, resilience, and hope. One night. One stage. Our community showing up for each other.
